Your 14 day money back guarantee. Plastidip UK Ltd believe you will be delighted with your order, but there may be occasions when you may feel it necessary to return an item. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

If you are unhappy with goods in any way, you may return them within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product value. All goods must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused and new condition, to the address given below.

We recommend that you request a 'Proof of Delivery Certificate' (free) from the Post Office for the item returned. Please include your name and address details with your return, and where possible your order number and the date of purchase. It would also be appreciated if you would advise us of the reason for the return, and if a refund or exchange is required.
