F-791’s’ is a fast dry, high quality, water base urethane used for IMC [in mold coating- polyurethane molding process] or PMC [post mold coating] as a finish coat over an IMC or directly on other types of foam such as EVA, PVC, polystyrene or minicell.
Applications include athletic padding, medical pads, seating, automotive components, polypropylene buoys, polystyrene dock floatation blocks, etc.... F-791 is also a high solids, very low V.O.C. material, which makes it an Emission Control Coating System, eccs®.
No other single component water base coating out performs F-791’s’. Not only is performance superior, but formula and colorant quality and consistency are superior as well.
