How to order a "Bespoke" or "Customised" Colour
Please add the "Bespoke" product/s to your basket. We will need you to specify the colour required, and you can do this in various ways:

Fill in the "Notes" section on your order with details of what you require.
Send by post a sample of the colour required. This can be a picture, paint colour chart, piece of fabric etc. Our address can be found on our "Contact Us" page.
Specify a colour using a RAL number.

Bespoke or Customised colours are only available in quantities of 5 Litres or more.
We cannot guarantee to match a colour supplied on subsequent orders, so please ensure you have enough coating to complete your project.
Our colour mixing is done by hand, so while we make every effort to match colours closely, in some cases we may not achieve an exact match.
Please be aware if you email colours to us that we can only use these as a "guide" to the colour required, as colours will vary in the way they look when displayed on computer screens.
