Plasti Dip - In-Mold Coatings (IMC)

IMC Coatings

In-Mold Coatings that provide Durability, Protection, Appearance and Simplicity.

Plasti Dip International is a leading manufacturer of high quality in-mold coatings for flexible and rigid polyurethane foam systems. In-mold coatings are often used to improve foam chemistry flow in mold, reduce/ eliminate sub skin defects, improve overall appearance, color, UV stability and durability all in one simple and cost effective step.

Customers use our in-mold coatings to produce protective padding, anti-fatigue mats, automotive interior parts, heavy equipment interior components, exercise equipment padding and hydrotherapy pillow products among other uses. These easy to use, one step in-mold coatings eliminate the need for primers, top coats and expensive multistep post mold painting processes and are available in standard as well as customer colors.

Today’s sophisticated foam chemistry and high performance expectations often require a wide range of mold processing temperatures. We believe one coating does not fit all applications and while we offer a range of standard in-mold coatings we specialize in custom formulations that will meet your exact specifications and requirements. Just contact us to discuss your specific project and we will put our decades of hands on experience to work for you. We bring the formulation to your process, not the other way around.
